1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

✔ In the original packaging
✔ No signs of damage or modification
✔ Proof of purchase available (order number or receipt)
Items not eligible for return include:

2. How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned to us.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), STARDISCOUNTS will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the item desired is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.
