Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Asia & Other Regions: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs delays, weather issues, or carrier disruptions may impact delivery dates.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and package size

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the shipment is registered.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional fees for re-delivery or returns of undeliverable packages


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking states the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check your mailbox, local post office, or with neighbors

  • Contact us if the item still cannot be located

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, STARDISCOUNTS is not responsible for loss or theft.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.


Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
